The Parapet Clinic, King Edward VII Hospital Windsor

Client: Berkshire Health Authority.

Pitched roof formed over flat roof of existing building to provide offices. New two storey building to provide offices and clinic rooms following demolition of temporary buildings. Existing buildings altered and decorated. Work carried out in phases to allow clinic to operate.

Planning, building regulations tender and contract drawings. Tender documents prepared in conjunction with Health Authority’s mechanical and electrical design consultant, quantity surveyor and structural engineer.

Acted as contract administrator – JCT Intermediate form of contract.
