Overview: -
Appointment and management of design team including
architect, structural engineer, mechanical
and electrical consultants as required in accordance
with clients brief; cost control; prepare project
programmes and monitor progress. Reporting
directly to the client to ensure best practice,
quality, delivery and pricing.
Project
Co-ordination - Co-ordination
of consultants and contractors appointed by
the client; prepare project programmes and
review progress; cost control.
Contract
Administration - Management
of building works; variations, valuations,
cost reports & final account as well as
building contract and procurement advice and
provision of contract administration reporting
where required.
Client's
Representative - Provide
reviews of work completed with financial details,
maintain effective communication with client
as required regarding programme and progress.
Employer's
Agent - Preparation
of employers requirements, schedules of work
and specification, examination of tenders and
proposals, cost reduction and employer reporting.
Value works on site and issue interim certificates
for payment on account.
Legal
Advice - Richard can also
provide advice on legal matters such as the
Party Wall Act 1996.
