Overview: We undertake the design and specification for refurbishment of both residential and commercial buildings.

It is often possible to improve the efficiency of a building by re-arranging internal elements and rooms to provide much better use of space. This can be coupled with up-grading insulation standards, providing new electrical, heating and ventilation systems, replacing doors and windows, refitting bathrooms and kitchens and carrying out redecorations to produce a “modern” building at a fraction of the cost of a new one, without all the difficulties associated with relocation of families or businesses.
